Who we are
FinTax (FinTax, NIPT —) is the controller of the personal data collected on fintax.al. For any question about your data, write to info@fintax.al.
What we collect
Account data (name, email, phone), company data (NIPT, name, address, from the public QKB register), the documents you upload and the messages you exchange with us, and technical access logs (date, time, IP address).
Why we use it
To provide the accounting service under our agreement, to meet our legal accounting and tax obligations, and to keep your account secure. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it's stored and for how long
Data is stored encrypted in data centres in the European Union. Accounting records are kept for the period required by accounting law; other data is deleted after our engagement ends unless the law requires otherwise.
Who has access
Only your company's users and the FinTax accountants assigned to you. We use technical providers (hosting, file storage, email) who process data only on our instructions.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and you can complain to the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection.
